Ensuring to make commuting more accessible, secure, and efficient for all Filipinos

The Libreng Sakay Program aims to help the commuting public by providing augmentation to the transportation industry with free rides to the public, private, and other commuters dependent on public transportation.

Since its official launching on August 3, 2022, there are already 9 OVP Libreng Sakay buses serving through Metro Manila, Naic-Cavite, Cebu, Bacolod, Davao, and Tacloban.

The implementation of the program follows the guidelines set forth by the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) under Memorandum Circular No. 2022-031 and adhere to the prevailing regulations issued by government agencies, including those related to commuting safety during the COVID-19 pandemic.
