Mag Negosyo Ta 'Day

The “Mag Negosyo Ta ‘Day” aims to address the needs of individuals, groups, and sectors who suffer from poverty, injustice, and calamities by integrating them into the mainstream economy to become self-reliant and empowered citizens of the country. Through this, beneficiaries are not only passive recipients of the grant/aid but become partners in responding to many interrelated social needs and issues in the community.

1. Original copy of the filled-out MTD

Application Form, signed by the Authorized Representative.

Should be original with complete details and signatures of participating members.

2. Original copy of Letter of Intent, signed by the Authorized Representative of the organization.

Should be dated, addressed to the Office of the Vice President, expressing intent to become a beneficiary of MTD; signed by any authorized representative of the organization with contact details below (active mobile number and email address).

3. Photocopy of at least one (1) valid Identification Card of Current Officers with three (3) specimen signatures   -
  • Valid as of the date of the interview.
  • Original must be presented.

4. Certificate of Registration as proof of legitimacy of the association.  -


Original or certified true copy of the Registration Certificate from the SEC, CDA, DOLE, DSWD, and/or DHSUD as proof of legitimacy.


5. By-Laws and List of Officers

Certified True Copy of Articles of Incorporation or Articles of Cooperation, as the case may be, showing the original organizers and the Secretary’s certificate for incumbent officers, together with the Certificate of Filing with the SEC/Certificate of Approval by CDA.

6. Financial Report -

Valid financial report as an organization since the organization was accredited and Certified by a Public Accountant (more than 3 years) or If less than three (3) years, a financial report with income and balance sheets should be original and submitted prepared by the Treasurer, concurred by the Auditor, and approved by the President.

7. Work and Financial Plan

Originally signed Work and Financial Plan and Sources and Details of Proponent’s Equity Participation in the Project that should be at least 20% of the total grant; following the prescribed template.

8. List and/or photographs of similar projects previously implemented, if any, indicating the source of funds.

9.  Records of Attendance/ Certificate of Completion from DTI/PDIC

10. Project Proposal

Project Proposal amounting to:

  • ₱100,000.00,
  • ₱150,000.00, or 
  • ₱200,000.00 

signed by any official of the association following the prescribed template.

11. Other Documentary Requirements -


  • Copy of Bank Account details with a photocopy of proof of transaction
  • Original and valid copy of Barangay Certification stating that the group is recognized by its Local Government Unit.

-All interested applicants should submit the correct and complete requirements of their nearest Office of the Vice President for assessment and evaluation. OVP Personnel will coordinate with the contact person or authorized representative within three (3) working days upon receipt of the documents for updates and feedback based on assessment.
