"You Can Be VP" Program

Empowering Future Leaders in Public Service

The You Can Be VP Program is an initiative of the Office of the Vice President designed to nurture the values of public service, leadership, and civic responsibility among the Filipino youth.

This program provides exemplary students with a unique opportunity to directly participate in the Vice President’s official engagements so they can have firsthand insights into the realities of governance, public service, and leadership.

The immersive experience also enables young participants to gain meaningful insights into policy-making, diplomacy, and decision-making. More importantly, it encourages them to reflect on how leadership can create a positive and lasting impact in their communities.

By bridging classroom learning with real-life governance, the You Can Be VP Program aims to inspire the next generation of Filipinos to lead with integrity, compassion, and a deep sense of responsibility to the nation.
